80's baby

My favorite childhood Christmas gift:

The Barbie Hot Dog Stand.

Nerfuls
So fun! In fact, I'm very tempted to bid on Ebay for some right now....
Not for me, but for my children. Of course!

Rainbow Brite Color Cottage
This thing was the bomb....with my Patty O'Green, of course.

Oh the simplicity of being an 80's child....

Oh, those 80's toys! Nothin' beats 'em! Addie recently inherited my Rainbow Brite doll that my mom had saved, complete with her favorite little white Sprite friend (that my oldest brother had saved up his paper route money to buy me for Christmas). She was thrilled, but I think I was even more so!

But I'm sorry to say I've never heard of Nerfuls. I must've missed that fad.

I have never heard of Nerfuls either. But I would have to say one of my favorite gifts was my Barbie Ice Cream Shop. It even makes real homemade ice cream and the chairs turn into ice cream dishes. I can't wait until my girls are old enough to inherit all my barbie stuff.

Oh, like a flashback to Saturday morning cartoon commercials! I loved Rainbow Bright! I also loved Strawberry Shortcake and Pound Puppies! Fun nostalgic toys--makes them seem cuter than the toys today!
